We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative (m/f) for 32-42 hours per week.
What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a crucial link within our team. You deal with the processing of daily orders and ensure a smooth order fulfillment. In addition, you support the account managers in preparing quotations and you are responsible for a number of regular customers. A day in this position is never boring! You make sure no one has to wait long on the phone and you quickly process all incoming emails.
What your duties are:
- You will ensure smooth processing of digital orders and forward them to order processing.
- The phone is red hot, but together with your colleagues you make sure no one ends up in the queue.
- You answer questions from drivers about loadings.
- You will support the account managers in preparing quotes and offers.
- You keep the sales email neat and process all inquiries.
Who are we looking for?
- Accurate and customer-oriented work comes naturally to you.
- You are stress resistant and keep a cool head during busy times.
- You have experience with Word and Excel.
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Experience with SDF? Then you are our topper!
- Experience and knowledge of the potted plant industry is required.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
