What will you do?
As trainee company manager you will develop into a company manager who knows all the ins and outs of the location. We will do this in an extensive learning program in which you will go through all tasks step by step and will be supported and guided by a team of several colleagues. First we will start very practically and gradually you will learn all the actions that usually pass by at this location. This ranges from sowing Strelitzias to delivering Kentias.
You are going to learn what it is, for example, to pot up Strelitzias P24; You have already estimated well in advance how much soil has to be ordered; You are going to learn to build up enough stock of deliverable Monsteras P17, in case an order comes in, this can be taken care of immediately; You are going to learn when a batch of Kentias has to be widened; After some time you will gain sufficient insight into what has to be done. And when the manager is absent you can take over his tasks, so he can go on vacation with peace of mind.
What kind of person are you?
- You have an MBO degree or are working on it
- You have a good command of the Dutch
and English language in word and writing - You keep a good overview and work in a structured way
- You are proactive and flexible, both in working hours and tasks
