Because our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate Foreman (m/f), full-time or part-time, for our location on Noord-Lierweg.
In this role, you will work in a small, close-knit team of both young and experienced colleagues. The position is versatile and combines executive work with managerial duties. You will actively participate in the daily processes, but will also be responsible for managing colleagues. You will regularly have full responsibility for the work at this branch.
What will you do?
- Breaking in and supervising new (temporary) employees
- Assign and coordinate tasks for the team
- Coaching employees to improve their performance
- Consult and coordinate with company management on work planning
- Shipping preparation of orders
- Recording data such as production and sales figures
Who are you?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level
- You are good at keeping an overview and are a natural leader
- Flexible and enterprising, both in working hours and tasks
- Active and proactive in your work
- Good command of the Dutch language
What do we offer you?
As a cooperating foreman, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks. You look ahead to the order summary, draw up weekly and daily schedules and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will also contribute to the potting of new plants and delivery to our customers. No day is the same because everything in the nursery is constantly changing.
